Red Rock Spas helped make my dream come true. I wanted to surprise my children with a new hot tub for Christmas (2020). Due to Covid-19, everyone else seemed to have the same idea. My searching was exhausting (every spa was 6-9 months out), until visiting Red Rock Spas! They were the 1st to give me hope. And they delivered!!!! A beautiful Cal Spa was delivered to my home Christmas Eve!!!! Included in this delivery was detailed, helpful instructions on the care of my new Spa. I have been a very satisfied customer. I can text my questions or go into the office and receive prompt service. I highly recommend Red Rock Spas. Great quality, great price, great service!!!

We bought a Jacuzzi® Hot Tub from them on Saturday. That same day they delivered it, hooked it up and hauled off our old one! They have amazing customer service. Alex answered all of our questions on all the different models. He was super patient with us and did not try to sway us one way or another. They did not act frustrated or annoyed when we had a change of mind at the register and decided to get a different one. I would recommend them to everyone looking for a new Jacuzzi® Hot Tub or supplies.

Red Rock Spas is so great! They have the best prices in town, are so great with their customers, and really did a great job taking care of my husband and I. They even called a few times after our spa was delivered to check in and see how we were liking it, and make sure everything was working correctly and our water had the right level of chemicals. I HIGHLY recommend checking them out if you are looking into buying a spa. You won't be disappointed.

Very straightforward and easy purchase. They were able to install and wire our spa with no issues. Staff was able to advise me after the sale to help me get my spa water crystal clear and answer questions I had about the SmartTub™ System App and device.

Had a Jacuzzi® Hot Tub delivered and installed at my home today by the good people at Red Rock Spas. Ryan Malin is a super guy to work with. We shopped around and kind of got the cold shoulder from other dealers who seemed to have all the business they wanted, but the guys at Red Rock Spas gave us a lot of good information and went the extra mile to get us the Jacuzzi® Hot Tub we wanted in a timely and professional manner. His install guys were very professional and exceeded our expectations!
